

I assured you that the driver would no longer be permitted to drive the shuttle and disciplinary action would be taken. I did called an explained sometimes at that time of day the shuttle can take a little longer due to traffic and construction.

My staff alerted me immediately, that you had an issue. We had family that was displaced due to a fire in one of the rooms and a family that was here because of a family member being placed on hospice( this family had two of the room types). You other issue was that you did not receive a room type ,We are limited on that room type (3) as I explained. While we did speak regarding your stay, your feedback on why you were not satisfied was, because the driver took 30 minutes to arrive at pick up.
